David Ezra Green (1910-1983)

David E. Green was an American biochemist who dedicated his life’s work to the study of enzymes but particularly the electron transport chain and  oxidative phosphorylation. At the University of Cambridge he worked on redox reaction applications in biological systems and also made contributions to the study of the citric acid cycle.
